random black screen

Hi guys,
From time to time, as soon as the screen goes black due to no activity (so far so good), I cannot reactive it no matter what I do... It start to be totally unresponsive even if I every other phone functions are still working...
How can I fix this annoying situation on a brand new phone?

Yes even in safe mode the phone is acting like that...

This seems like a software issue.Try a software repair with SUS:

So I tried this, and still after half a day, the phone is doing this issue again... It is really disappointing...

You should have the phone examined at a sony service.

Hi guys, what did solve the issur was simply not using the images widget. This slows down considerably the phone... You should look into this.
