Hello.i have got problem on 4.3(12.1.A.0.266) MY FREE RAM MEMORY IS 311MB,on 4.1.2 i have 426MB free,how to make more ram?

disable the apps which you don't use..it will free some ram..

This is true,the 4.3 uses more RAM,that means less of your RAM will be available.
