when i turn on radio it doesnt work , it works but it is like mixture of voices and when i restart the phone it works well what should i do why is this happening... i forgot my xperia s is working on ics 4.0.4
there have been reported radio problems, have you tried using the radio on an open space? try to clear the radio's data. settings>apps>radio>tap on clear data
that app ant radio service ? I cant click button clear data but when i do restart the phone it clear cache data and on that way radio works but after use the phone of 1 -2 hours the radio doesn't work...
Same issue here, same ICS 4.0.4. Looks like the FM Radio's stereo decoder inverts one channel and the resulting mix is what we hear. It was ok under Gingerbread. Waiting for an update to fix the problem...
No need to go to the service center since the hardware is ok. I repeat, it was OK under 2.3.7 GB. So, it is an ICS issue and the only solution is to wait for a fix from SONY, which knows the problem.
Xperia S after ICS update radio is not clearly audible pls rectify ASAP or suggest a good app for radio (which doesnt work on internet!!!) jus like regular radio hw we plug in and listen.
I have the same problem. Radio is barely audible. If I restart the phone it is better but the reception is still terrible. Same is with a radio you would buy at the 99 cent store.
