QX10 - Won't go landscape

As per the title really.

With the Camera attached and 'on' it refuses to go into landscape? It will go full screen portrait when upright, but as soon as I put the phone on it's side (which let's face it, is most useful) it flips to a really narrow portrait view.

I tried changing the resolution to 16:9 in the hope of that helping but it didn't.

Any help on what I'm missing would be greatly appreciated!

Tried reinstalling the software. No joy.

Sorry for the slow reply, however technically this is a Sony Electronics product and as such support would normally come from our colleagues there. In this case I have had a bit of a look into it and other than checking the settings screen of Playmemories, I would have to advise resetting it.: Turn on the power of the camera, then press the RESET button.

I've managed to resolve this today.

If they phones screen auto-rotate is disabled, the camera won't rotate to landscape.

Bit of a disapointment really, as I know aftermarket apps can still utilise it, despite it being turned off for basic system functions.
