here are some suggestions

1) transfer everything to Google from your iphone and then sync back to your Xperia Z

I stand corrected

reinstall PCC > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run PCC and try again

OK Guys.

I've been struggling with this for simply ages, and only just discovered the cause.

On my PC (running Windows 7, 32 bit) I have a proprietary firewall running - ZoneAlarm, from ZoneLabs Inc.

Despite setting PC Companion as a 'permitted' application, I still couldn't get a connection to the interney from PCC (tried setting it to No Proxy, etc.). However, as soon as I disabled the ZoneAlarm Firewall and went back to the Windows Built-In Firewall, everything worked.

Can't understand why this happened, but it all works now.

If you're having this problem and you have a third-party firewall installed, try turning it off. Then go to the PCC Settings panel and check the Proxy settings. Click the Test button and it will tell you straight away if the problem is due to the Internet Connection.

Hope this helps Slightly_smiling_Face
