"video can't be played"

When I'm taking a video with my device and I want to watch it afterwards I'm only able to see a couple of seconds and then there is a failure popping up which tells me that the video can't be played and I have no idea why -.-
Can somebody please help me

Try an app called MXplayer which may help

To be fair it shouldn't take a 3rd party app to watch a video you have just shot. Have you tried To clear data on video player?

Tried already vlc and mx player and both are playing it but the video stops after 10 seconds but the audio is still running
How am I clear the data? With an app like clean master?

No go to settings apps. Find the app click it. From there you can clear data. or Force stop

This is the codec but it should work and it's happening only with a view videos and not with every
I just don't get it
