"my Xperia" in RUSSIA?

How come I don't have "my Xperia" on my device?!

It is neirhter found under Settings > Xperia™ > my Xperia

nor under Settings > About phone > Software update > New apps > My Xperia

Any advice how could I 'sideload' it as you call it?

Same to me - my xperia software is up to date, and no new updates are available, but "My Xperia" app is missing! Should i wait for Android 4.3, or it's just problem of Russian localisation?

"my Xperia" app is used to improved security and locate lost phone.It is not available for our current 4.1 JB update.But it will be available worldwide once 4.3 JB update is released.

So 4.3 update comes with this app/service.
