Since last few days, I am facing problem with my Walkman application in Sony Live with Walkman model. I bought this phone 6 months back, updated it with Android 4.1 & was working fine since then. Now I am facing problem that Walkman application is not synchronizing audio files from my 16GB memory card which I am using it since 4 months. There is no option in application to synchronize songs with memory card. Same problem is even occuring in REAL Player software installed for Audio & Video songs. However, I am able to see video songs in MX Player for video songs.
Though I am able to play songs by going through File manager & playing it one by one, but same are not visible in Walkman application. I have already removed my memory card 3-4 times, rebooted my phone, cleared application data from Walkman, but no result till now. Somewhere in this site, I saw a suggestion for this problem-
To manage applications:
- From the Home screen, tap the Application screens icon.
- Find and tap Settings > Applications > Manage applications.
- Tap the desired application.
- To uninstall the application, tap Uninstall.
- To clear data from the application, tap Clear data.
- To view permissions, scroll down to view Permissions.
- To clear all cache for an application, tap Clear cache
But option of CLEAR CACHE for Walkman is not active, I cant click on it.
Pls tell me how to get rid of this problem.
