Quiet mic

Hi,

Mic on my xperia T suddenly become very quiet, loudspeaker is ok. What is interesting is that when i go into service menu and test  both mics, everything is ok. Factory reset didn't help.

Have you tried to boot in safe mode?

Can you check if microphone noise suppression or slow talk is enabled?

microphone noise suppression was enabled,  i disabled it but with no effect 

slow talk was disabled

How do you know microphone is quiet, did other people complain about it?

Some people did, so I swithed phones with my girlfriend and checked it by myself. The is only indistinct buzz when someone is talking, sometimes a single word can be heard. During diagnostics both mics work fine.

Do you have facebook messenger app and do you place calls often using that application?
