It that Sony got enable Quick Charge 2.0 in Sony z2?

Cause now everyone charge Z2 is using 3hours

But then how does Qualcomm state that it supports it? I can't understand what's the problem if it's not software issued. It certainly has the snapdragon that has the capability, and Qualcomm also states clearly that both Z2 and Z3 support quick charging 2.0, we don't even have quick charging 1.0..

I can't understand how a major and great company like Sony doesn't give us this feature. Really dissapointed.

My phone takes almost 2.5 hours to charge up to 60%. And i read that z2 has a feature of quick charge and it takes only 30 minuts to charge up to 60% please help how the quick charge works,i am using the charger and cable came with my Z2 in the box..

I bought Tenergy Quick Charge 2.0 charger but it doesn't charge my xperia z2 in 15 minutes... 

so if xperia z2 supported by quick charge 2.0 why It doesn't chatge my phone faster?

As the chipset(qualcomm) said, this phone should support QC2.0, why doesnt sony enabled it for us? As i do some reserch, i dont see any Z2 users said this phone support QC2.0 even with 3rd party charger. So, i wish this awesome feature will be included in next 5.0 lollipop update.

We forwarded this internally for more information some time ago and the information i got is that Z3 Compact does support Quick Charge 2.0. The following Xperia devices supports Quick Charge 2.0:

Xperia™ Z3 CompactXperia™ Z3 Tablet CompactXperia™ Z2 TabletXperia™ Z3 (only Japanese variants SO-01G, SOL26 and 401SO)Xperia™ Z2 (only Japanese variant SO-03F)

Of our docking stations, only DK48 supports it.

 

But i don't have any Quick Charge 2.0 charger so i haven't been able to test how much faster it will charge.

Then the global variant Z2 doesnt support QC2.0? You must do something to make it work with the global version dude, we all need those features.
