now still 4.2.2 and creamra not working still still fix

1) wait for the update to be approved and released in your country and/or carrier/network 

or 

2) manually update your phone

If you can't find your specific model the Commercial & Journalist rom is a global version.

Have you tried connecting your device with your pc via Sony PC Companion. You could download through SPC if the update is available even if you got no notification of OTA update.
