question regarding new update

Hi

i have not updated the last release 15.3.A.0.26 and still having 15.0.A.2.17 and now the new update 15.3.A.1.14 is coming , could you please suggest whether i have to update the first 0.26 and then 1.14 update? or i can directly update the latest 1.14?

15.3.A.0.26 was the upgrade to Android 4.2.2. It was a big downloadable file.

Whereas, both 15.3.A.1.12 and 15.3.A.1.14 are bug fixes for the same Android 4.2.2 version (i.e. small files to download)

I think you have to upgrade to 15.3.A.0.26 first. The required updates will show on your Update Centre of your phone or PC Companion.

i think u can upgrade directly to 15.3.A.1.14 without  upgrading the previuos versions.

sure, u have to update 0.26, then only the new firmware will be shown in update centre

What is this ? I updated my phone yesterday and I have started experiencing issues .

1- Call timer is not running while receiving or dialing

2- Home screen hangs

3-Phone is very slow.

4- Some time touch is not working (might be phone is slow)

I have done reparing from PC suite but issues are still there.

Please help me.................
