do you know maybe how to block a caller or message ? 

and why notifications like message or whats up dont wake up the phone ?

i have the notification light option on

You can block a contact by editing it and sending the calls to voicemail. Other way by default there is not.

You can download apps from google play to help you, apps like Call Blacklist.

And about the notifications,do you have stamina on?

I use ecid to do that.It is a paid app though from google playstore

no i dont activate stamina mode at all

messages and whats up wont wake my phone

Do you have battery savers,task killers? Antivirus maybe?
