Ok, so I topped-up my phone earlier today with £10, when I topped up I was on the Text and Talk O2 Tariff. Around 10 minutes after I topped up, I forgot that I wanted to be on the Text and Web tariff and switched to it. I haven't recieved a conformtion text from O2 yet saying my tariff is active, and when I call 4444 and select the option 'Check Calltime or remaining tariff/Bolt-On balances' it only gives me my current calltime balance and nothing to do with a tariff. So, I'm guessing I haven't got one active yet, but when I do which one will I get? the 'Text and Talk' or 'Text and Web' and when am I likely to recieve this?
It would be better if you ask O2 themselves 
Have you got an on-line mobile account with O2? Perhaps you can sorted out this way.
