I am about to take my device for service, due to the phone speaker, and the vibration being messed up.
I have had the screen changed after I dropped the phone and paid for it to get replaced at the Authorized Sony Service Centre in Greece.
Because I am using the device sometimes underwater to take photos, I would like to know whether there is a way that I could verify that the IP rating of the device is still up to par, even though it has been opened already once, and will be opened again to get the vibration motor and speaker swapped under warranty.
I do not entirely trust the Service for the sole reason that since you open a device up there is always the human error to be taken into consideration, and I don't want to find myself in a situation to try and prove that i'm not an idiot that left the flaps open.
