Qualcomm drivers changelog question

Hello everyone.
I just wonder why we do not get any changelog or at least information when / if there is a new update for Qualcomm chipset Snapdragon 800 (both cpu and gpu)?
I mean, if we are getting any update for Z1 there is at least general list of improvement / changelog, but it never contains Qualcomm updated right?
Even if you are installing new update it is stating that new driver for NFC is going to be installed etc.
So why we are getting the info about NFC but not about main chipset Snapdragon 800?

It would be nice to see such examples like: +...% improvement in RR3 and so on.

This is normal for desktop gpu (no matter AMD or nVidia), but not here
Please let me know if possible, especially Sony officials are welcomed.
