Rather than having X times threads mixed up with the "I cannot install ICS yet" thread.

Hey Thanks for the reply,

I tried unplugging and repluggin the ear phone but no go.

Just wanted to know what if i uninstall Live manager as it is updated to the latest.

Is there any harm in uninstalling it ?

you can try it, it's on google play to re-download anyway, though I suspect it managers the connections, but an uninstall and re-install might help.

Have you tried listening to some music using the earphones then yanking them out in the middle of playing a song?  that might jog it a little

Main issues for me that I just realized are :

1. GPS not working as expected, hard to lock the GPS signal (I just realized this in my last vacation when I need the GPS so much), I use so many apps to fix this issue but still the GPS still can not locate the satelite, so Sony please fix this.

2. I hope next update will allow old device (Headset-Sony Ericsson) to work with 2012 Xperia Family

3. Unexpected reboot

4. Poor audio quality so does the photo quality

5. Wifi Issue : the connection is OK but, why the signal only shows 1 bar even the range between my device and the Hotspot only 30 cm away....

6. Email application : My Hotmail account sync not working well, the mark as read not working as expected, the email always notify again and again for the same email, even it's already read

Thanks, hope sony will release update soon before their lovers decided to sell their devices and go to another brand.

These are the problems that I'm *aware of*:

Browser:

Portions of website that would allow for text input - The virtual keyboard will either not load up, take longer than expected to load up, disappear during typing, disappear during typing as if I had hit the virtual 'enter' key.

Find on page - Frequently causes the browser to crash (page and/or tabs remain when browser is reloaded), also suffers from the above issue relating to the virtual keyboard, hangs for longer than expected when deleting the final remaining 2 characters of the search word

WiFi:

The wireless signal strength seems to constantly be weak. This occurs in comparison to other devices using the same wireless access point, regardless of proximity and even in comparison to other Xperia S handsets at the same distance from the same hotspot.

I am attempting a repair. A feat not made simple by the fact that my PC companion is adamant that there is a non-existing Sony  Ericsson K800i connected via bluetooth and defaults to that phone even when loaded from my Xperia S.

media go connection is unreliable. does not import all photos / videos in 1 go,  and then puts some individually into the media go folder in my documents, and some in date folders,  as it decides, so even photos taken 2 minutes a part do not end up in the same destination.

(the random ringing issue with no call looks like its a problem with a thumb update, who are useless at making apps that work)

I'm seeing the no dat issue more and more, the phone says I have a 3G or HSDPA signal but do data flows, i've done a factory reset, and even done a full SUS repair, and it still happens, i never got this with gingerbread so it is a software issue.

Select a contact, try to call, phone says "calling"  so I put phone to ear.  Hear nothing but a single beep after about 10 seconds, so I look at my phone, and it's at the lock screen?!.  This has happened once or twice before so I just unlock and recall, but just now it happened with every number I tried to call, I had to reboot the phone.

I Tried every thing but no go . Did a factory reset, repair via PC companion but still facing the same issue. Unable to listen through earpiece . It Shows Headpones connected in Livewire manger.

Some one please help. Also let me know how to downgrade to gingerbird thats the only thing remaining.
