I accidently pressed something on the settings screen and now when I turn my phone on it asks for a PUK code which I don't know. How can I get into my phone as it won't let me?
You will need to speak directly with your network provider as your PUK code is specific to your SIM.

Call to you NW provider in this case he will make it easy for you.
Do not enter wrong PUK many times otherwise your SIM well be blocked
