May in Coming Next Two Weeks, For Some region the update roll out was started from last week onwoards
Incidentally just today i had asked about this and this gets updated. Oh it's not even region wise as many from India still don't have ICS even though it's almost a week after it started trickling into Indian scene om 17th August.
