proximity sensor problem

I just today got my sp with touch replaced and now my proximity sensor is not working.in service test it appears on when I put my hand over it but in calls it never turn the screen off.anybody knows the solution to this problem??

Try to reinstall your software,maybe it works.Download sony update service.

reinstalling the software didnt work.i just tried it.its not working in safe mode also

You can either wait for a software update(it is not sure to be fixed though),or take the phone back.
