Proximity sensor issue following update

Hi guys,

I had no problems with my Neo L for the 1st two months, but yesterday I noticed that the proximity sensor is not working, this is very annoying as calls get muted or disconnected as the screen does not switch off...! I know it was not the same earlier, I suspect it is due to the update I made couple of days ago..!

my current firmware virsion is

When I checked on the service menu, it says the Proximity Switch is Off

I do not know what happened, I certainly dont know to switch it off or switch it back on. Either its happened by mistake or its a bug which occured with the update.

Also I dont know what else has changed in my phone, its really disturbing to update with the hope it will improve my phone, only to find out it has caused only unwanted issues..!!!

Please someone at Sony try to find me a solution ASAP, I do not want my phone to be lying in the service centre for weeks..!!!

Looking at the service menu it should say off. But if you put your finger over the sensor it should say on. Could you please check this?
