proximity sensor don't work in last update to lollipop

Proximity sensor don't work in i do everything to test it and still off what should I do

After update to Android 5.0.2 (build number: 23.1.A.0.726) I noticed the proximity sensor and gyroscope isn't working anymore on my Xperia Z2.

I checked it via the service menu and no response of the sensors there either.

Has anybody got a solution or do I need to roll back to 4.4.4 ?

Yes I have the same problem too. I updated my phone to 5.0.2 and my Gyroscope sensor is not working. I get a google cardboard and I try to use this cardboard but nope! I can't use it because gyroscope not working. I also checked with system test and diagnostic by google. Nope. It is not working.

I just restarted my phone and it start working again. Strange bug...

Do you have a protective case and or film?

Reinstall lollipop with PCC as suggested above.
