Proximity sensor always turns red

I am having trouble with my proximity sensor. It always turn red even when the battery is full.

you mean the LED, the proximity sensor doesnt light up.

have you tried to restart your phone?

then connect your to your charger

I have done what you said but it did not work. Worst still, I have done factory reset as well but still.
