Pros and Cons after update

Hi All,

Its almost 10 days I am using new ICS for Xperia Mini Pro, found few things.

Pros

1. Camera is better

2. Multi Tasking

3. Better UI

4. Voice recognization is far better

5. New Gallery

Cons

1. Sync takes loads of battery, it just drain. I have stopped sync of all my configured mails.

2. After couple of days , everything seems lazy, it takes time to open. Restart sorts it out.

3. WIFI takes a ton on battery life

4. I didn't see major update in battery life, rather I have seen a downgrade.

Guys, any other issues are you facing up?

What improved about the camera? I am not sure I noticed anything better. I find the camera UI less intuitive I guess.

The battery is worse, that is true. But that is a sacrifice that I deem worths it, especially that it never been effecient on the battery from the beginning I think.

I find it harder to copy text or contact numbers, or maybe imposible in some cases.

some people say the screen improved, but I didn't notice this. It is faster in all and more fun to use.

didn't try voice recognition. any suggested apps to try it with other than the regular google stuff?.

the interface looks better after the update.

Hi,

My battery life increased greatly after the ICS update.

My 3G data and WiFi take less battery than on GB.

Did you reset you phone to factory default before the update?

I did and I don't have any problems so far.

For Camera : We have new big button which helps other person to click it.

I am not sure but I found a increase in picture quality, with GB size of image was less than 1 MB however recently it is above 1 MB, not sure why though!!!

Voice recognization - try sms, speak in english and it writes. I love playing with it.

Battery life sucks big time!!

You are a BIG LUCKY GUY.

I am sure all agrees with that, if you are not facing any battery issue.

I didn't reset it, as I haven't done it for my previous updates too, did PC Companion tells to do this?
