Dear Sony,
This is to bring your kind notice that I am suffering with a big trouble to your product quality issue, my product is in Product Life Cycle; I am Mohit Kumar and basically works as a social media associate, I am using your SONY XPERIA Z (6602), first quality issue was its ASF after that it got bend in my Jeans pocket. This is very terrible devastating experience to use Sony Product. Even then I had reported two times in service centre, for the same that when I play the games and press from sides it mix the display pixel, but they always tail flick with informing it is in every Xperia Z so it is not an issue, then I compromise with it.
It is very hard to say that SONY is serving very poor product quality; it is breaking the customer trust. It is also like as we are eating duplicate and medley food after that it result would be food venom.
Why SONY is playing with the customer positivism, and doing frolic with customer. A very venerable brand can’t provide the cheapest part in its devices. It was unexpected from you.
I had seen many videos and blog about the bending test of XPERIA Z and in all it was fail. It was very disaster full moment for me when I see this kind of quality in SONY Product.
I will share a blog with all social messaging sites to prevent the user with all the upcoming Sony Xperia Z Series.
I hope you always believe in customer satisfaction, and will provide the resolution so customer can trust and continue the service.
