Hi

Is it possible to return a phone to SonyE and have the following changed?

CPU Scaling - I would like my phone to use the maximum processing speed available at all times. Power usage for recharging/battery life is not an issue. Having a phone that works at it max CPU speed is

Android Root status - I havent found any rooting software that actually works. Is it possible for SonyE to change it so I do not have to re-root every week?

Unfortunately these tow questions are simply something we are unable to assist with sorry. One involves performing major changes to how the handset is designed and another involves support for rooting the phone; neither of these are within our scope of support.
