process system is not responding xperia l

sometimes, I am getting "process system is not responding " error on the time i can't attend the calls, it is getting very slow 

Android Version 4.2.2 Build number 15.3.A.0.26

Even gave to sony service center, they reinstalled anoroid/flash, still i am getting this issue.

This issue should be fixed by a software repair.Have you tried sony update service?
