Process.com isn't responding

Hello. I'm having a problem with my xperia t3, after factory resetting, when I try to dial someone from my phone the screen gets white and a message pops up " process.com isn't responding" then the screen gets black and the turns off by itself. I tried in  safe mode but the same. any suggestions

Sorry, I forgot to mention earlier but I already did that too, but it didn't help, it showed that it repaired it succesfully but nothing.

you might have to contact your Local support

Could you test a different SIM card?
