Here is a list of features that I want to implement in WM1 as soon as possibly and some problems...
The Music player...
* Folder list
The user interface of the player should have the possibility to not only base on artists or albums, it should also use the folder structure. Each folder which contains audio files should appear in the list separately.
* Quickly switch between folders
If you select a folder in the folder list, it should start exactly at the last played position. This allows you to quickly switch between folders.
This is particularly suitable for people who often want to switch between music and audio books/podcasts.
* Shuffle files within the current folder.
* Shuffle files of all folders
A firmware update that help when music stops all the time when using the phone. Music is interrupted when accessing the phones menu system...
The Radio...
When scanning the radio frequencies it should remember the stations so you could jump between them instead of always have to do a new scan. Or have the possibility to store the stations.
New headphones is needed!
Slightest touch of wires propagating in to the headphones, and it sounds loud. If you sit completely still they are quite good. Other material in the cables and these headphones are acceptable. I have never experienced this problem with headphones before. I am not alone to have this problem! This is the single thing that is it is worst with an otherwise very promising product.
There is no attachment for a neck strap. It would also be a great feature to include in the basic package.
