Problems with Sincronizing

I Have been having this problems since last week, I only recieve messages, whatsapps, email and other notificationes when I open the app, not automaticly. I'm not using Stamina mode or other battery savers.

¿what can I do?

In Settings -> Data usage -> Make sure you didn't restrict background data
