problems with physical keyboard

Hi. Some key has change with the last update (ICS 4.1.B.0.587) the "ç" key is the "?", and the "?" key is "&" , and the "&" key doesn´t work. How can I fix it?

Have you tried to perform a repair of your phone's software also since this occurred?
