I bought the pro a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. A few days ago I updated the software and things have gone downhill. After the update the phone doesn't seem to respond to the slideout keyboard. I can still type, but it doesn't light up or wake the phone up when I slide it out like it used to. Also. The deafult keyboard now seems to be the one onscreen. I've tried restoring it to factory settings and I've gone through all the settings menus, how can I can I fix this little problem? Also, I only have Mac computers in my home, the PC companion was a bust. Any suggestions? I'd really appreciate it.
