problems with new phone?

i brought a xperia play new!! had for 18 days, want to know why it freeze's up and is having problems! could this be from free game apps? and what can i do to fix this?

it could be a taskiller or antivirus or battery deffender, or you might have an old firmware

settings -> about phone check which android version and build number you currently have

You can repair/update your phone with either PC Companion or Update Service (SUS)
