problems with my Sony Xperia C4 dual

after i upgrade my Sony Xperia C4 dual to andriod 6 via my computer ad after i start my phone i keep get this message "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" also i restarted my phone in safe mode i get the same message "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" anyone can help?

I recommend you run a software repair using Xperia Companion as this is likely to resolve this for you.

thanks for reponding is there any way else either repair? and when i make repair all apps and data will be lost right? is there any way to backup my apps and data? i try to use backup from phone to SD but it didnt work

There's not really another way to do this as it is happening in safe mode too, it would indicate the problem is in the firmware. So, I believe reinstalling the firmware should do the trick.
