Problems with my phone, many problems, sadly

hello my name is jane from kenya....i got a big problem with my sony z ultra,this phone gets so hot and then its goes off..i cant really tel what the problem would be,second  its went off and cant change any more nor can i put it on....its just one month old..maybe sameone here got the same problem pliz share with me for am in love with this phone

Could be old firmware issue.

1) Just let it on the charger for 2+ hours.
2) Power on.
3) Update firmware to B.2.257

To see if it is available or update firmware can use any of the method below:-

1) Sony update service (SUS): http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

2) Sony PC Companion : http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

3) Over the air (OTA) - Sometime reboot device will work or clear data at Settings->app->all->update center may work.
