Problems With My MW600

I have bought a MW600 from amazon one week ago and got it on the 19th of may, and the problem is that i can't listen to music or talk/hear others when calling/receiving a call but i can just listen to the radio after i haven't used it for a while. And i did pair the MW600 as the user guide guided me.
My Phone Model : Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S
please help i don't know what to do and i have have any sony ericsson stores nearby. T_T

Hi, suggest you reset headset

Pair headset with phone again after reset.

Have you tried calling the regional Sony Mobile support team about this?

It sounds like a setting issue to me and they can probably walk you though with some quick step-by-step troubleshooting.

I have a different problem with my mw600. Songs being  played on my xperia mini doesn't show song title on oled display of mw600.  I tried ipad and a blackberry phone song titles are showing. How weird is that??

My tracks are properly synced from media go.

It should work properly with an Xperia smartphone! Anybody?

Sometimes when i press the "next song" button multiple songs seem to skip instead of just one.
