problems with my calls

Every couple of calls my screen blacks out and I cant end call or see anything on the screen. I try pressing all buttons nothing works so I have to take battery out and reset. Is there anything u can do to solve this???

you should repair your phone with Update Service or PC Companion

also go to settings -> about phone -> android version

do you have 2.3.4?

are you using any protecting case?

How to install it

You need to

go to settings -> applications -> check unknown sources

download IO File Manager

download the backup & restore app, transfer it to your SD card, use OI file manager to find it -> tap on it -> install it

Contacts

just to play it safe sync your contacts w/ google if you haven't already

open your phonebook

press MENU button -> tap on Send Contacts -> select all -> send it to your email

on your computer

-> download the file -> go to your gmail -> click on contacts -> click on more actions -> on the drop down menu click on "import" -> choose the file -> and click import

Apps

Don't worry so much about backing up your apps

on your computer go to

market.android.com -> log in -> click on My Library -> and send all your apps to your phone

SMS/MMS

if you don't want to use the backup & restore app then

Install "backup SMS" to back up your SMS and MMS to your Gmail

this is zee 27 but the computer lost me so ive re registered i have anrdoid 2.3.4 no case and is now doing it every call ive updated for over 3 hours tried to reoaur but it keeps getting to preparing phone then pc campanion freezez and i have to start again. im getting frustrated with this what else can i do...

As you have problems with PC Companion I would try Sony Ericsson Update Service (SEUS) down load from the following link, ignore the Aino - you get to choose your phone when running the programme.  I have always found SEUS to work where PC Companion fails.
