Problems with GPS confirmation message

After upgrade to KK 4.4.2 (14.3.A.0.681) every time I switch ON GPS system ask me a confirmation message to alow google collect some data. Even I select Agree or not agree this message repeated each time I switch on GPS. Coul someone know hot to switch off this message.

Unfortunately, this message is not possible to turn off by default. The menu will pop up when you turn on the location service.
