Problems with firmware Sony Xperia E4

I bought this smartphone a few days ago. First impression - not bad enough. But these days I noticed problems with using a smartphone
- creaking back of the left hand
- the inability to select the memory card as the default memory
-poor image quality after taking photo (like software problem)
-the program does not have permission to write to the memory card
-yellow tint display.
I hope that Sony will fix software issues in the next update.

I don't really know what they fixed except the stagefright exploit, but I didn't notice anything. All is like it was, more so, it seems it performs slightly worse (getting choppy more often, while playing music in background it becomes noticeably slower in apps and homescreen transitions, the animations loose smoothness, and video playback has this constant annoying jitters with any player or setting) but it had those issues before so I guess you can update, if nothing else then for the security fix.
Hope they release a real update that will let this device perform according to it's capable specifications.

Battery issue still present (E4g), fuel gauge is not scaling to cover the whole battery range, so if charged to 100% it's not really 100% and you get less battery life. If leaving it to charge beyond the 100% signaling then it's trully fully charged, but then you get to 1% while there is still plenty of charge left (around 3.7 V while true 1% is at 3.4 V).
