problems with dictionary when texting

Hi all.

Please help me.....have spent a lot of time and effort updating my dictionary in text land,but when i try and use a word i know is saved in my dictionary it wont come up for selection or even suggests the saved word....can anyone please advise as to how best to fix,sort or resolve this problem...I am using predictive text when texting, dont know if this has any bearing on the issue..

So Sorry....

The phone i'm using is the X10 arc s...

This is the one thats giving me problems when trying to use dictionary function in predictive text mode.

The dictionary feature will become better and better as you use it, as it learns the words that you mostly use. But I'm sorry is it the X10, arc or arc S you're using?
