I am using Xperia SL, Recently I updated to Jelly beans. After the update , if I am trying to create an event in calendar but event is not creating in calendar.
Make sure that you save the calendar post in the right calendar. When you create a post you have an option called "calendar" where you can choose if you like to save it in the phone calendar or for example your Google account.
Also make sure that you have the calendar you choosing as shown. Open calendar > menu button > my calendars > mark as synced and shown.
