Problems Wifi Neo V

Good afternoon.

I'm having problems with wifi Android 2.3.4

I downgraded from 4.0.4 to 2.3.4 and there're experiencing the following problem.

When I connect to wifi, my router is restarting direct. I can not be more than 10 seconds connected, the funnier it is than the other phones, the wifi works normally, without rebooting and such. My router is the WRT54G. How do I solve this problem?

The first thing to try is updating the firmware of the router itself, the manufacturer of the router should have instructions on how to do so on their site.

So the router is up to date on latest version. Only still having problems to :s

Any suggestion?

PS: I'm from Brazil.
