Problems while playing music on walkman

A week ago I updated the walkman app, but even before this, I have been having some trouble while playing music. All songs make little stops, it sounds just like the audio file is broken or something, but it is not from the audio files, ive tested them all in other devices. This device is supposed to have a really good audio quality, does anyone know why is this happening. It is really annoying

Are the song stored on the SD card or the internal storage? Do you experience any difference if you have files stored internal storage instead of SD card or vice versa?

You can try to clear data for Walkman player under settings > apps>  all > Walkman > clear data > restart the phone and try again.
