Hello,
I m going to tell you some problem in xperia SP and also suggest sony to resolve this issue in next android updates

Sometimes Music is stop for 2 seconds while swap application. Please fix these issue and while listening music a notification arrived and it break link so I suggest that you should add this feature that it will only vibrate while music player is running.

Second,When a notification arrived,the music will automatically stop for a while,thus noticing you that there is notification.But this only happens if you assign a tone for it.Or you did assigned a tone but turned the "Ringtone&Notification" volume to silent.

Yes,you can disable this from happening,follow these steps:

1)Go to Settings->Sound->Default Notification->Flick upwards and choose "None" 

2)Press back,and tick "Vibrate when ringing".

So this will vibrate only when you received a notification.Hope it helps!

Swapping Application means that when I go from one application to another like.
I m in walkman and I play the song and when I want to go to use facebook app than while I swapping between two apps it stop for 2 seconds..

Thats probably lag.Maybe too much opening at the same time.Or the phone is just overheating.
