problems in PC Companion to update mobile version

Hi, I have a sony xperia S and I get a system update to version 6.1.A.0.452 the problem is that I try to do it and shoot me an error, the message says:

failed to install the upgrade engine sony (error 0x803d0020)

if anyone can help me with this as it recently acquired this phone

uninstall PCC and reinstall it > disable both antivirus and firewall > run PCC and try again
