Problems in ICS-update?

i am going to update my phone to ics and i saw some issues ..

( 1)Keyboard issue  ?

                            (  i saw sony support team provide a link for fix it( not repair) ,but i am confuced with it , can you specificly explain it to me ?  )

     2) are they  giving a solution for `` azerty to querty issue ``or ``querty to azerty issue `` or both issues ?
     3) are they telling people who didn`t update yet and going to update after the solution, may not have keboard issue ?

( 4) LED issue ?

(5)Camera quility issues ?
