Problems in another apps when receiving or making calls

Hi!,

I don't know why when I make or receive a Call, during that call Xperia has inconveniences running another apps because it launches them but then freeze any operation over apps, I guess due to Xperia is locking for some reason its buttons (back, home).

Hi,

I have no issues talking on the phone while browsing the icons on the desktop. I can also go to SMS and view messages. I would guess that clearing the cache can help (if you have custom recovery). Otherwise, if possible, make a backup and re-install the latest firmware (using Sony PC Companion). See if that helps for you.

Try settings-apps-all-phone,force stop and clear data.Restart.

You could also try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:
