Problems for Android update Sony Xperia E3 D2243

I'm having problem in update by PC Companion to the new software available, 18.2 c. version 4.14. The upgrade process stops on step 2 and I can not continue:

I run this statement and nothing. The tel will not turn on and I have to abort the upgrade. Even making the statement in the link and redoing the process. A message that my device is not recognized is displayed.

The PC Companion recognizes my phone normally, backup and etc with it. Use original cables and have root with #SU.

Can someone help me?

restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > connect your phone > wait for your PC to download the correct drivers.

1-Download on your PC the original boot (follow the link https google drive:  "https //drive google com/file/d/0B0-EVu3XMaj3QkRzZHZzV3ZnUmM/view?usp=sharing") -put the points, because I still can't post external links-

2-plug the appliance in CWM;

3-connect the USB cable;

4-go to mounts and storage;

5-Select mount sd-ext and wait until your PC to recognize your SD card;

6-in the PC, copy the StockkernelD2203.zip file to your SD;

7-the unit select Go Back to return to the home screen;

8-install zip from sdcard;

9-select choose zip from sdcard;

10-locate the file StockkernelD2203.zip on your SD and select it;

11-select Go Back to return to the home screen;

12-reboot system now;

13-select fix root;

14-Ready! Now his unit is rooteado and with the USB working normally, however, say goodbye to CWM.

I think for now it is worth to continue without the CWM until some Angel resolves this issue.

Does not work, friends....

Root removed,  disable firewall and antivirus. No new drivers found. Nothing hapenned! 

Anybody can help me? Need more information?
