problems after updating

i just updated my xperia e dual from android v4.0 to v4.1. Before updating I had played the game subway surfers on it but now it wouldn't start.Also it malfunctioning in several cases.I have found no significant improvement on the phone. if possible i would like to go back to my previous OS. Also, how and where can find games and apps compatible with my phone coz i just downloaded and tried asphalt7 and NFS but couldn't run them. I had tried 'media go' in sony PC companion but after downloading 100mb it started installing and never stopped before i closed it after about 2 hours. Please help.

In regards to rolling back, I would advise that you contact your local Xperia Care team. For compatible applications, ensure you are downloading your applications from the Playstore as this will only display content compatible with the model/firmware version you have.

Further,

1) Can you please help me with the 'media go' of my PC companion 2.1. It is showing 'updating' whenever I start it.Does it have anything to do with the software update?Should I reinstall it?

2) My previous phone was nokia C5. It does not sopport copying contacts in its phone memory to SDcard. So I cannot access it with my PC companion. Is there any other way to bring it to my present phone?

1. It would just be the MediGo application updating, reinstalling should fix this if it is lagging.

2. Have you tried copying them to the SIM then transferring to the new phone.
