I had some problem with my incoming calls..so i went to the showroom and The person there restored factory settings..

after that all of my APPS arent working at all..eg whatsapp etc..

even i cant access to internet without using wifi..

Smileys in simple messaging are also disabled...

What to do.,.??

Have you tried to do a repair of the phone software?

Click on this link to get Sony PC companion:

Before starting the repair, create a backup of your material.

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".
